How fresh is your produce?
Spices, honey, and oils are stocked in small batches and rotated weekly. Perishables (dairy, poultry, fish, meat) are sourced fresh per order — we don't pre-stock them — and delivered within 24–48 hours of harvest or production.
Is everything really organic?
Yes — our spices and produce are sourced from farms certified under NPOP (India Organic) or grown using equivalent organic methods. Each product page lists its certifications. We also display our FSSAI compliance.
Where do your products come from?
Almost everything is sourced directly from farms in Kerala (Idukki, Wayanad, and surrounding districts). Each product page mentions its origin. We work directly with farmers — no middlemen.
How can I pay?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and UPI today. Card and netbanking via Razorpay will land soon. UPI orders are confirmed within 4 business hours of payment.
How do I track my order?
You’ll get an email when your order is confirmed and another when it ships. You can also see all your orders at any time at My Orders.
What if my package is damaged?
Tell us within 24 hours of delivery — WhatsApp +91 88822 01313 with a photo. We’ll replace the item, refund it, or credit your next order. Full details on our Returns & Refunds page.
Why is COD different from UPI for me?
Both work the same on our side. COD is convenient if you don't want to pay upfront — you settle with the courier. UPI lets us ship faster because we don't wait for cash to be collected. Either way, your order is processed identically once we have payment.
How are perishable items handled?
Perishables (dairy, poultry, fish, meat) ship within Kerala only for now, with cold-chain handling. They arrive within 24–48 hours and should be refrigerated or consumed promptly. If you order perishables from outside Kerala, we’ll contact you on WhatsApp before shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.
What certifications do you have?
Our food products carry FSSAI compliance and India Organic (NPOP) certification where applicable. The exact certifications for each product are listed on its page.
How do I cancel an order?
If your order is still PENDING or CONFIRMED, you can cancel it yourself at My Orders. After it ships, contact us on WhatsApp and we’ll work it out.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
