If something arrives damaged or wrong
Tell us within 24 hours of delivery, and please send a photo. Easiest channel is WhatsApp at +91 88822 01313. We’ll either replace the item, refund it in full, or credit it against your next order — your call.
We also accept returns of unopened, non-perishable items within 7 days of delivery. Customer covers return shipping. Refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the item back.
Perishables: dairy, poultry, fish, meat
Because of cold-chain handling, we can’t accept returns of perishable items except for damage or wrong-item issues reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please inspect perishable items as soon as they arrive.
For now, perishable items are delivered within Kerala only. If you place a perishable order from outside Kerala, we’ll contact you on WhatsApp before shipping; if delivery isn’t feasible, we’ll refund in full.
How refunds work
- UPI orders: reverse-credited to your UPI within 3–5 business days.
- COD orders: bank transfer or store credit, your choice. We’ll ask on WhatsApp.
- Card / Razorpay orders: credited to the original card within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
What we don’t accept returns on
- Opened or partially used non-perishable items (unless damaged on arrival)
- Perishable items for reasons other than damage / wrong-item / quality issue
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery (non-perishables)
