Terms of Service

By using Organified or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. They’re kept short and plain on purpose. If anything is unclear, message us on WhatsApp at +91 88822 01313.

Who we are

Organified is an online shop for organic spices, honey, oils, and produce sourced primarily from Kerala. We operate from Kerala, India and ship across India.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older, or have a parent/guardian’s consent, to place an order.
• Keep your password safe — you’re responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate shipping and contact details. We can’t deliver if the address is wrong.

Orders, prices, and stock

• An order is confirmed only after we accept it. We may decline an order if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or we suspect abuse — you’ll be refunded in full if any payment was taken.
• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
• If a price or product description is incorrect, we’ll let you know before processing the order.

Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and UPI. Card and netbanking via Razorpay will be added soon. UPI orders are confirmed within 4 business hours of payment.

See our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds page for the full details. In short: pan-India delivery for non-perishables; Kerala-only for perishables; tell us within 24 hours of delivery if anything is wrong.

Product information

We do our best to describe products accurately, including origin and certifications (FSSAI, India Organic / NPOP where applicable). Natural products vary by season and harvest, so colour, size, and flavour may differ slightly from photos.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the site to break the law, abuse our staff, attempt to disrupt the service, or scrape our content for commercial use. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Indian law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The version in effect when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Kerala.
