Where we deliver
We ship pan-India for non-perishable items: spices, honey, oils, grains, and similar pantry products. Perishable items (dairy, poultry, fish, meat) are currently delivered within Kerala only because of cold-chain handling requirements.
Rates
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499
- Flat ₹49 on orders below ₹499

Delivery timelines
- Within Kerala (non-perishable): 3–5 business days
- Rest of India (non-perishable): 5–7 business days
- Perishable items (Kerala only): 24–48 hours from order confirmation
Timelines start from order confirmation, not order placement. UPI orders confirm within 4 business hours of payment; COD orders confirm immediately.
Tracking
You’ll get an email when your order is confirmed and another when it ships. The shipping email includes a tracking number when available. See your orders any time at My Orders.
Couriers we use
We use partner couriers (varies by region and order weight) for non-perishable shipments, and handle perishable deliveries directly within Kerala to keep the cold chain intact.
